English is a natural part of everyday life at our school. Children hear and use it every day in everyday situations, gradually building confidence and a natural connection with the language.

Children work at their own pace, learn through hands-on experiences and gradually take responsibility for their own learning. We guide them with respect, trust and an emphasis on inner motivation.
Development
Children gradually discover who they are, recognize their strengths and learn how to develop them. We encourage them to believe in themselves, take responsibility for their learning and find their own ways to make the most of their abilities.
Dear Parents and Friends of the School,
When I founded Carlsbad Montessori School, I had one fundamental wish: to create a school I could send my own children to with complete trust and confidence.
I wanted to create a place where children could be themselves, explore the world at their own pace, discover their potential and gradually develop a healthy sense of self-confidence. But this vision was not created solely for my own children. Together with my team, we wanted to create a safe and inspiring environment for other families as well — families looking for an education built on mutual respect, trust and a genuine commitment to each child’s individual development.
At the same time, it was my priority to provide children with an education that would open doors to the world, whether within the Czech education system or through further studies abroad. I had the opportunity to study Montessori education in the USA, and this experience became a lifelong source of inspiration and a strong foundation for our school philosophy.
My wish is for children to leave Carlsbad Montessori School not only with a strong academic foundation, but also with a clear understanding of who they are, where their strengths lie and what they are capable of achieving. And if they carry with them a lasting desire to learn, explore and follow their own path through life, I will know that our work has had and continues to have a deeper meaning.
